At Tibi, I’ve assisted the social media manager in establishing and building the brand’s identity and voice on its various social media channels so that they better reflect the brand and its fans and customers. With a focus on Pinterest, I was responsible for completely overhauling the copy for all the the pins on its account’s boards as well as brainstorming concepts for new boards and sourcing the images used in these ideas.
When I began this project Tibi had just over 9,000 followers. Just four months later, the brand’s Pinterest now has over 12,000 followers and counting.
The Vacation Packing list board is an example of a board I created to coincide with a vacation-themed e-mail campaign that was sent out to Tibi’s newsletter subscribers. To execute this concept, I sourced tropical-esque images, Tibi product that could be worn on a warm-weather vacation that was featured in the e-mail campaign, and street style shots featuring this Tibi product in order to create a complete experience for the Pinterest user. Above is a pin featuring a prominent fashion blogger wearing a Tibi piece. This is an example of the on-brand copy I’ve created to give Tibi a voice while featuring new product to engage with Tibi fans to create potential customers.
